Ext. Harar (Terminalia chebula) (1:3) Fr. 50 mg.
It may help with conditions like ophthalmia (eye disorders), haemorrhoids (piles), bleeding gums, and mouth ulcers. Its water-based paste may show anti-inflammatory effects for piles. It is useful in asthma, piles and cough. It is also useful in healing of wounds and scalds. Uses : It is Astringent, Purgative, Stomachic and Laxative.
Ext. Suran (Taco aspra) (1:5) Fr. 40 mg.
It is Analgesic, Resolvent, Anti-inflammatory, Anti-rheumatic, Astringent, Cathartic, Anti-phlegmatic, Concoctive, alterative, Aphrodisiac, Carminative, Laxative, Desiccant, Local Irritant, Emetic, Anodyne, Purgative, Sedative, Diuretic and Soporific.
Ext. Inder Jaw (Wrightia tinctoria) (1:5) Rt. 40 mg.
Inderjao is used in the treatment of bleeding piles. Powder of inderjao is used to treat indigestion, abdominal pain and also used to stimulate low digestive fire. Roasted powder of inderjao is recommended to treat vomiting.
Ext. Kudachal (Holarrhena antidysentrica) (1:4) Bk. 40 mg.
It is also useful for managing bleeding piles due to its astringent properties. Promotes digestive fire and is cold in potency. It is good for piles, Diarrhea. Pitta and Kapha. Blood Disorders, cough and skin disorders.
Ext. Babool (Acacia arabica) (1:4) Bk. 40 mg.
Babool powder cures skin problems like eczema and fungal infections due to its Kashaya (astringent) quality. Babool powder shows good results in pain or bleeding piles due to its Sita ( cold) potency and Kashaya (astringent) properties.
Ext. Kachnar (Bauhinia variegata) (1:5) Bk. 50 mg.
Kachnar gives relief from the symptoms of Piles. Menorrhagia or heavy menstrual bleeding is known as Raktapradar (or excessive secretion of menstrual blood) in Ayurveda and is caused due to an aggravated Pitta dosha. It is used in treatment of tumors, cystic swelling, PCOS, and ulcers. It reduces swellings and lumps by drying the excess Kapha and fluid in the body of piles knot.
Ext. Neem Patra (Azadirachta indica) (1:5) Lf. 50 mg.
Neem leaf helps in reducing pain and itching thereby reducing the probability of worsening the problem and simultaneously providing relief. It is used in both internal and external haemorrhoids.
Ext. Bael (Aegle marmelose) (1:4) Fr. 40 mg.
Bael includes tannic and phenolic components that are high in antioxidants and hence beneficial in the treatment of piles and ulcers. It also aids in the treatment of diarrhea, dysentery, and other digestive problems.
Ext. Daru Haldi (Berberis aristata) (1:10) Rt. 60 mg.
Daruharidra is used as a stomachic, bitter tonic, laxative, diaphoretic, antiseptic, and antipyretic. It is used to treat severe eye infections, ulcers, and haemorrhoids externally.
Gile Armani (Arminium bole) As Such 50 mg.
Armenian bole, also known as bolus armenus or bole armoniac, is an earthy clay, usually red, native to Armenia but also found in other places. It is absorbent, antiseptic, astringent, febrifuge and refrigerant. It is useful in diarrhoea, dysentery and in weakness of heart.
Shudh Guggal (Commiphora mukul) Exd. 30 mg.
Guggul is a laxative and astringent agent that easily metabolizes the bioactive etiologic component of hemorrhoids, especially toxins (ama).
Sphatik Bhasma (Potassium alum) As Such 30 mg.
Alum is beneficial in case of piles. Alum, when injected into the piles, leads to narrowing of the wall of the blood vessel. This reduces the blood flow and prevents piles. It also reduces the size of the piles.
Processed in the decoction of Giloy (Tinospora cardifolia), Haldi (Cucuma longa)
Giloy juice is advantageous for any bowel related issue. Piles, constipation or indigestion, Giloy cures it all. Giloy acts as a hypoglycaemic agent and since it reduces blood pressure, it is believed to help in curing type 2 diabetes.
