How do I cancel my order?

Cancelling your order at Pharmloids is hassle-free. If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, simply navigate to your Account section and select “cancel order.” In the event that your order has already been shipped, don’t worry. How will I get refund of my cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

To check if your order qualifies for a return, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy. For prepaid orders not yet shipped, cancellations are swiftly processed within 24 hours, and refunds follow your bank’s usual timeline, typically within 10 business days.

Once your order has been delivered, we can only accept return requests that align with our Returns and Refunds Policy. When will my order be delivered?

At Pharmloids, we prioritize prompt order processing, typically within 1 business day. We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, and you can anticipate the delivery of your order within 3-7 business days. However, please note that for locations situated in remote or challenging coverage areas, the delivery may extend to 10-12 working days.

What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect and damaged order?

At Pharmaloid, we prioritize your satisfaction. While we take every measure to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment, we recognize that issues can arise. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 business days of delivery. We’re committed to resolving any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.

How does the delivery process work?

We rely on trusted courier services for all our deliveries. Once your order is sent out, you’ll promptly receive an email containing both your package’s tracking number and the courier company responsible for handling your order. For your convenience, there is a Track Your Order tab which allows you to see the exact status of your order in real time.

To which areas do we extend our product shipping services?

We proudly serve customers across India. For all orders valued at Rs 499 or above, qualify for free domestic shipping. However, there is a flat shipping charge of Rs. 70 if your total order value is less Rs. 499.

How can I track my orders?

We typically dispatch most orders within 24 hours, excluding Mondays and public holidays. You can easily track your order from your Account section. We’ve streamlined the process with a user-friendly “Track Your Order” tab, providing real-time updates on your order’s precise status.
