RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY AND PROCEDURE

Damaged of incorrect product delivery: If a product is damaged during delivery to customer, or wrong article is delivered for any reason, we urge our valued customers to promptly get in touch with Pharmaloids. Please contact our customer service team without delay. You can reach us by calling the helpline number provided on the Pharmaloids Website (www.pharmaloids.com) or by sending an email to [email protected]. We highly recommend our customers to capture photographs and record videos while unpacking the product for your documentation. This will assist us in resolving the issue effectively and ensuring your satisfaction.

Reporting Damaged or Wrong Products: For efficient resolution, it is essential and mandatory for every customer to notify the company about any damaged or incorrect product within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the non-entertainment of any return or exchange requests.

Return and Exchange Requests Procedure: Please be aware that we do NOT accept returns sent directly to us. To initiate a return or exchange, you must follow the prescribed procedure. Upon your request, you will be provided with a return/exchange ticket, which will be used to facilitate the return or exchange process. This structured approach ensures a smoother and more organized resolution to your request.

Return/Exchange Procedure:

Upon receiving your request for return/exchange, our dedicated customer care team will reach out to you to gather initial information about the damaged or incorrect product. This information may include the following:

Images of the damaged product.

Images of the incorrectly delivered product.

Images of the packaging.

Any other relevant information as necessary.

After a thorough review of the provided details, our customer care team will communicate whether your return/exchange request can proceed.

  1. On the day you dispatch your damaged or incorrect product, please send us your shipment details.
  2. If your return/exchange request is approved by our customer care team, it will be forwarded to the relevant department within our company. You will then be instructed to send the product for physical verification.
  3. Upon receipt and verification of your product by our dedicated team, you will be informed of the status of your return/exchange within 24 hours.
  4. Please note that the replacement of your product will require a minimum of 15 days from the day we receive the damaged product.
  5. Important guidelines for returning your products:

Ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging box.

The product’s serial number should not be tampered with.

The composition of the product should remain unaltered.

Include all labels, cartons, and other accompanying items that were originally delivered with the product and its packaging.

In some cases, a free gift may be included with the item order. If so, the free gift must also be returned in its original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

If it is determined or becomes evident that the defects or claims made by the customer are false or lacking in truth, such claims will be rejected, and all shipping charges will be debited to the customer. The product will be returned accordingly.

Exclusions from return and exchange policy

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is unwavering, but there are certain scenarios where return or exchange requests cannot be accommodated:

  • Customer Non-Receipt: In cases where the customer declines to accept the delivery or if our delivery partners make multiple unsuccessful attempts, we cannot process a return or exchange.
  • Customer Unavailability: If the customer is unavailable during the scheduled delivery attempts at the provided address, or if the address details are incorrect, return or exchange cannot be facilitated.
  • Incorrect or Unreachable Address: If the delivery address provided is incorrect or unreachable, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
  • Post-Delivery Damage: Any damage incurred by the product after delivery to the customer is beyond our responsibility, and thus, we cannot accept return or exchange requests in such cases.
  • Free Product Items: Products that are offered as complimentary gifts by Pharmaloids cannot be returned or exchanged.

We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, and while these circumstances are excluded from our return and exchange policy, we remain committed to addressing all other legitimate concerns to ensure your satisfaction.

We do not entertain any refund related request where exchange can be provided.

The customer should note that return / exchange of product is a matter of company’s internal policy and the same would depend on case to case basis with the prior approval of company. The Pharmaloids Private Limited reserves exclusive rights to entertain the return / exchange of product or not.
